In our organization, we use LambdaTest's cloud-based mobile testing platform extensively to test the mobile applications we develop for our health insurance LLP. Our testing process involves testing the applications on various mobile devices with different screen sizes, resolutions, and operating systems to ensure that they function as intended and provide a seamless user experience. LambdaTest's platform addresses several business problems for us, such as the need to test on a wide range of mobile devices and configurations quickly and efficiently. The platform's virtual machine feature enables us to simulate different devices and network conditions, which is crucial for reproducing and diagnosing issues that may only occur on specific devices or under certain conditions. In One specific use case, we encountered a problem where the application was not working correctly on a particular device, and we suspected that the issue was related to the device's specific configuration or network conditions. Using LambdaTest's platform, we were able to quickly spin up a virtual machine with the same configuration and network conditions as the problematic device, which enabled us to reproduce the issue and diagnose the root cause of the problem. Overall, LambdaTest's platform is an essential tool for my team, and we rely on it heavily to ensure that the mobile applications we develop are of the highest quality and deliver a seamless user experience across various devices and configurations.

In my opinion, I believe LambdaTest is very good and well suited for Cross-browser testing, Mobile application testing and Automated testing. But yes, there is always scope of improvement. In my experience, LambdaTest does not currently offer robust security testing features, so when we need to conduct extensive security testing on our applications we need to use other specialized tools.

All features are nice and it's very nice to have a virtual emulator that loads in no time, whenever I need to test any application, sometimes bugs come from specific devices so this helps me very much to test my application's bugs.

it supports every OS which increase the bandwidth of testing and a cross-platform developer also can test his/her application here.
  • Neat UI
  • Availablity of many devices
  • Easy to use
  • need more feature for free
  • it seems to free user that this site is not for him
  • need to work on the orientation part
Once I was testing my application on mobile phones and a bug came for the tablet orientation and at that time i had no real tablets so I discovered this amazing solution called LambdaTest and amazed that how easy is to use the virtual machines there, where many platform gives some strict minutes, in this platform there is no such limitation.

We currently use LambdaTest for App Automation using Appium and Web Automation with Playwright. The few best features from many are its parallel execution using multiple workers on multiple devices. Also, it is very easy to integrate with your existing testing framework, no installation, download, or setup is required.
  • Its parallel and hyperexcution features.
  • Easy to integrate
  • Dubugging is super easy due to Real-time logs
  • Device timeout issue in inn mobile app automation
Best test execution for web app automation. A bit of improvement can be made in Mobile app automation. But still, no other tool provides such features that are provided by the lambdatest. Also, A big applause for the support team of LambdaTest.

LambdaTest was a wonderful fit for our needs because of its wide range of browsers and local testing features. We had been looking to expand our reach and wanted machines with a specific set of browser configurations. We could easily test locally hosted URLs on these browsers. And, for our privately hosted applications, we utilized the Azure Pipelines, and the LambdaTest extension for Azure has helped us achieve a smooth testing experience. So we are now fast with making modifications before they head out to production.
  • A smooth and easy interface with testing extensions for CI/CD technologies such as Azure pipelines.
  • It was affordably priced and compatible with the most recent browsers.
  • Also, the CircleCI and Asana integrations were a major help.
  • More detailed analytics for the tests.
Lambdatest is perfect for testing with a great UI and no cost of maintaining an infrastructure that provides you with all the browsers and OS. It is easy to use, cost-efficient, and user-friendly.

We use LambdaTest in tandem with the QA team at Verint. All our functional testing is moved to LambdaTest in April 2020 due to covid situation. We moved to cloud solution as a result of work from home situation but now we have decided to go along with cloud solution due to its ease of use and affordability. Apart from the range or OS and Browsers, the Circle CI and the orb provided works flawlessly with our pipeline. Ability to get the report and recording of parallel section for retrograde analysis helps us to keep track of test. Capability of parallel testing is better than owning a virtual machines or on premise lab. Being a cloud service it is not as fast as the on premise lab but parallel testing capability is a good enough trade off and help us pace up deployment cycle.
  • Circle CI orb
  • Parallel testing capability
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Easier team collaboration with integrating with Slack and Jira
  • Helpful support team
  • There is no native app testing
  • There is no real devices (Only emulators and simulators)
  • Slower then on premise setup
[Lambda Test] is suitable while building a website and for cross browser testing on emulators and simulators but if something is extremely mission critical and you can not afford slightest of error you need to find other solution with real device testing. Web app testing can be done, even page behind login is also there but native app testing of APK files is not there. Before making a decision check with your needs. Apart from these missing capabilities they are pretty much on point with the performance and usability of the platform.

We were neither able to be consistent nor able to scale up our pre-production testing process which eventually became a bottleneck for faster deployment. With cloud infrastructure from LambdaTest, we are able to run our tests on almost all the browsers and operating systems. Underpass is also a useful app to create a tunnel connection, without any fuss of the command line. We have a .NET application so AppVeyor CI bodes well for our CI/CD pipeline, the integration with LambdaTest and Appveyor allowed us to test our build at each code commit, effortlessly. Slack App for screenshot testing is also giving us sweet mileage in the form of time savings by allowing us to capture full page screen capture with a simple command. And share it instantly across our teammates on slack.
  • Affordable price.
  • CircleCI orb for local testing.
  • Underpass app to assist with local testing.
  • Slack integration and slack app for screenshot testing.
  • Stable environment.
  • Yet to come up with real devices.
It is a good platform if your need is fast cross-browser testing. Infect they came up with cypress support as well. But if you need it for mobile app testing or testing on real devices. I think you may have to wait of try something else. Ask for a time line to their support team if you are planning to wait.

LambdaTest is being used across our testing and development teams. When we created any website or webpage, we check it completely using this tool. We also perform screenshot testing to make the web pages are pixel perfect. LambdaTest has solved our problem of testing the webpages across multiple devices, browsers, and browser versions.
  • Wide range of integrations.
  • Live and interactive testing environment.
  • Screenshot testing.
  • Local page testing.
  • Sometimes I feel lags in a virtual machine for a very short period of time.
  • When using high resolutions the tests become slightly laggy.
We use LambdaTest across our development & testing team. Our developers always perform cross browser tests on their local pages across different browsers and their versions before sending them to the testers. The integrations with 3rd party tools make it more useful. It provides a full development environment that looks very close to the real thing.
Before we started using LambdaTest, we were limited to the browsers and their versions that are available on our desktops and laptops. But now with LambdaTest, we are using Selenium grid of 2000+ browsers and their versions available on the platform.
If you want a solution to replace testing infrastructure that is hard to maintain and look after, LambdaTest is the best solution according to us.

I am a freelance web developer and own a Mac machine and therefore do not have access to the browsers that come with a Windows OS. But, whenever I need to test my client’s website on these browsers, LambdaTest is the platform where I go. Using this, I test my website across multiple browsers and their versions. I have been using this for 1 year and never got any issues. Plus they offer amazing 24/7 active chat support to help me out whenever I am stuck.
  • More than 2,000 browsers to test on.
  • 24/7 active chat support.
  • Geo-location testing.
  • Sometimes, recorded video takes time to get reflected in gallery.
  • Sometimes, it gets slow when connecting to tunnel.
I like all the features of LambdaTest. Localhost testing is the feature that I like most, using this I always check my local web page before deploying on the production. But yes, there is a little room for improvement. Sometimes, it gets slower when I use tunnel to check my local pages.

LambdaTest is being used in our web designing and software testing departments. We started using LambdaTest because if its various inbuilt features. In our company we use Slack and Jira, so we did not need any third party app or API for the integration. It saved our money and time both.
  • Automatic Screenshot generation feature of LambdaTest is very much liked in our team.
  • LambdaTest helped our designers very much in designing the web pages with pixel perfect user interface.
  • You did not go anywhere for the updates that have been made to this tool, you can find every news in the blog section.
  • Sometimes it lags can be seen in virtual machine for a very short time.
  • It should be faster in screenshot generation.
  • Its WordPress plugin should also be available.
Lambdatest allowed us to manage and track all bugs with the help of it's issue tracker feature and integration with Slack. I feel bad sometimes because we can not test our apps which are downloadable to mobile.
I appreciate collection of browsers and operating systems available on LambdaTest, it helped us in providing the beautiful user interface to our clients.

We used LambdaTest to check our web applications on different browsers; it saves a lot of our time. Mainly it was used by our testing team for testing client's websites on various web browsers and their versions. We never heard from our testers that the required version of browser is not available on this tool.
  • I like it's one click bug logging feature.
  • LambdaTest allows us to test the graphical user interface and detailed functionalities of our website.
  • Their support team always remains ready with quick responses.
  • When we switch between versions of browsers the session expires.
  • Multiple users can not access the same virtual machine at the same time.
  • Can’t test downloadable mobile apps
It has great collection of browsers and their versions so it always helped our teams in checking the websites in very less time. By this way it saved a lot of our valuable time.
Its integration feature is great and, I think, if they could provide the integration with Bitbucket, they would become the leader in the market.

In my company, I used LambdaTest to check my website and my applications on different devices. Before presenting my website to a client, I always used to check it with LamdaTest. Its integration feature(integration with Jira and Slack) took the heart of everyone on my team. I'll also recommend it to my friends.
  • In my company we use Slack, so it's integration feature help us a lot.
  • We always used to test our site before presenting in front of our clients and prospects.
  • It's pixel perfect user experience is great. It feels that we test our website live.
  • I'll recommend them to provide access to multiple users at the same time for the same virtual machine.
  • When I switched between the versions of the browser, the session expires and sometimes it feels lousy.
  • If I do not consider above two, I don't think there is a room for improvement.
I used this tool for my website to check my web application on different devices and on different browsers. It is nothing in this toll which discourages me to use it. With LambdaTest I always use to save my time to test my website on both desktop and mobile devices.

We use LambdaTest for making sure that our web apps are cross-browser compatible. Our testing team uses it to test apps on Mac browsers as we usually have Linux or Windows machines. It's quite a useful tool for us and saves a lot of time especially around regression testing and reporting bugs.
  • LambdaTest enhances users in speeding up their release processes. We use LambdaTest to test our web app across 48 different web browsers and devices.
  • Now we don't maintain a device lab for testing. Love the power of the cloud.
  • We are also saving considerable time through in-built integration with Jira. Makes it easier for our testers to report and mark issues.
  • Well usually it works great but adding automation would make it even better.
  • It works nearly on every operating system except Linux.
  • Right now their resolution goes up to 2048x1536 but they need to work up to 4K as well.
With LambdaTest in a single click, the users get virtual access to a testing environment for having desired browser, browser version, operating system, and resolutions. They can check how exactly their websites will look on different devices across various web browsers.
